KaziNidhi is a research and fund workspace. This Privacy notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
- Workspace activity: content you create (e.g., cases, notes, threads, comments) and metadata (timestamps, IDs).
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., request timing, status codes). We try to minimize what we store.
How we use data
- To provide the product features you request (sign-in, fund access, cases, discussions).
- To secure the platform (abuse prevention, rate limiting, incident investigation).
- To improve reliability (debugging errors and performance issues).
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that help us run the product (hosting, database, email/auth), only as needed to provide the service.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see the Data deletion page).
Your choices
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: update inaccurate information.
- Deletion: request account deletion and removal of personal data where applicable.
